Noticeboard

Appointments
Appointments can be made by telephone.  Please make a separate appointment for each person.  If you find you are unable to attend please cancel as soon as possible so that the appointment can be offered to someone else

Test Results
Please contact the surgery to obtain the results of tests or x-rays. For reasons of confidentiality test results can only be given to the patient themselves or to the parent or legal guardian of children under 16 years of age.

Telephone Advice
If you require a telephone consultation with a doctor or nurse, please tell the receptionist who will arrange for the doctor or nurse to ring you on the contact details you provide.

Telephone Automated System

Practice Telephone System

The practice no longer uses the automated system, instead you will be connected to one of our Clinical Support Workers who will help to ensure that you are directed to the most appropriate clinicain for your needs.  This may be the Clinical Pharmacist, Nurse, Health Care Assistant or local pharmacy as you do not always need to see the GP.

If you need to speak to the Practice Nurse or need an urgent appointment you will no longer need to keep trying to ring Jackie as you will be put on her list and she will call you back.

The phone system has also been changed to allow more calls to come through at once, however there will still be times when all the lines are busy, especially first thing in the morning and after children come home from school and nursery.  Please try to avoid these times if you can.
