The staff at the Practice dressed up in 'RED' and decorated the surgery in red hearts to coincide with 'Valentines Day'. The staff raised £163.00 for British Heart Foundation. The Practice would like to thank all patients & rest of the health centre staff.
MACMILLAN CANCER SUPPORT - MARCH 2009
The fundrarising effort was part of radio station 2BR "bring a pound to work day". The staff at the Practice dressed up in 'GREEN' and decorated the surgery in greem and white for the day. Local celebrity DJ Ryan Smith from 2BR came to the Practice to collect the fundraising money. The staff raised £72.00 for Macmillan Cancer Support. The Practice would like to thank all patients & rest of the health centre staff.
RACE FOR LIFE - MAY 2009
The Practice staff took part in 'Race for Life' at Townley Park in Burnley to raise funds for Breast Cancer. The staff walked 5 kilometres and raised £460.00. The Practice would like to thank all patients and friends who sponsored our success.
